Our primary product we specialize in is off grid cabins. 

They can also serve as great uses as remote work areas, AirB&B, fishing cabins or even as a living space while your main home is under construction. These are durable & are built to withstand the elements be it wind or hail.

Typical Specifications for Off Grid Cabins:

1. The Container either a 20ft or 40HC unit

2. Insulation: R13 walls, R24 ceilings & R10 rated floors

3. 4x Solar Panels Providing 400 Watts minimum

4. 1x Combination 12/24 Voltage Controller 30 AMP Rated

5. 1x Power Inverter - 1000 Watt minimum

6. All cabins have a breaker box that is wired for solar hookup or directly to the grid, plus a RV hookup generator.

7. 1x - One Or Two Burner Propane Stove

8. 1x - 1000-1100 BTU Propane Space Heater

9. 1-6L Direct Demand Water Heater

10. 4X Solar Batteries

11. 55 Gallons of water storage - Not for drinking -

12. 1x Shower Area, Toiler & Sink

13. A small kitchen area that includes cabinets a stainless-steel sink & a butcher block countertop

14. The flooring is made from a composite material

15. Windows are made from Pella

16. Entrance doors are solid core exterior doors. 

Exclusions: Propane tanks are not provided. Delivery is not included.
